      Alexander Graham Bell was born in Scotland.

      He moved to America later on in life and became an inventor.

      He invented the earliest telephone.  He also experimented with vehicles of flight such as the Silver Dart

      He also invented the HD-4, an early hydrofoil.

      He entered his telephone in the event that celebrated the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

      Bell was born into a very scholastic family.

      Initially he set out to build a multiple telegraph, but ended up making a telephone.

      Bell had worked with Thomas Watson to perfect the telephone.

      Bell received a patent for his telephone on March 7, 1876.

      Five days later he made speech possible to be transmitted through the telephone.
